EEOC Asks Court To Enforce Subpoena

Law360, New York (June 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission took to the federal court system Friday to try to compel subpoenaed information from Oshkosh Truck Corp., which is under the agency's investigation for alleged gender discrimination.

“The information requested in the subpoena is necessary for EEOC to comply with its statutory duty to investigate claims of discrimination,” the memorandum argued.
