White & Case Hires 15-Year ITC Veteran Judge

Law360 (January 2, 2005, 12:00 AM EST) -- Administrative Law Judge Delbert R. "Chip" Terrill, Jr. has retired from the U.S. International Trade Commission to join White & Case as of Counsel in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Terrill is retiring after 39 years of federal government service, over 15 years of which have been as a federal ALJ.
