Few Bright Spots In 2012 Legal Services Outlook: GCs

Law360, New York (October 11, 2011, 5:48 PM EDT) -- The contraction in the market for legal services is expected to continue in 2012 as corporate counsel target litigation budgets and become more aggressive in fee negotiations and resolution rates, a new report on corporate legal spending says.
