Dura Creditors Allege Information Leak

Law360, New York (June 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Dura Automotive Systems Inc. creditors have objected to the bankrupt parts maker's efforts to file its business plan under seal, voicing concerns that "leaked" information has put creditors at risk and likely prompted a recent spike in trading.

In a motion filed Thursday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, the committee of unsecured creditors said it especially takes issue with Dura filing its Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation and Amortization or EBIDTA for the years 2007 through 2011 under seal.
