Law360, Washington (October 11, 2011, 5:09 PM EDT) -- Cement industry representatives and environmental groups intervening on behalf of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency tussled in the D.C. Circuit on Tuesday over whether the industry's challenge to an EPA rule governing emissions from cement kilns has legs.
