Greens May Sue Samsung Units, Others Over Gulf Oil Leaks

Law360, New York (October 12, 2011, 6:41 PM EDT) -- Several Gulf Coast environmental groups on Wednesday told two Samsung Corp. units as well as Korea National Oil Corp. and Taylor Energy Co. that it was planning to sue them for allowing a leak at a Louisiana offshore well to continue unabated for five years.
