Brown Rudnick Snags Private Equity Partner From Goodwin

Law360, New York (October 13, 2011, 7:48 PM EDT) -- Brown Rudnick LLP announced Wednesday that private equity and mergers and acquisitions specialist Christopher J. Hagan had jumped to its Washington office from Goodwin Procter LLP.

Hagan, now a partner with Brown Rudnick, will join three other partners the firm has added in recent months to focus on areas such as transactions and fund formation for the firm's hedge fund, venture capital, and private equity clients as well as their portfolio companies, the firm said.
