Grocery Supply CFO Should Pay $5M For Check Fraud: Feds

Law360, New York (October 12, 2011, 3:24 PM EDT) -- Federal prosecutors in Arkansas said Wednesday that a former chief financial officer of defunct supermarket supplier Affiliated Foods Southwest Inc. should pay more than $5.1 million for his involvement in a multimillion-dollar check fraud against U.S. Bank NA.
