Player In $190M Ponzi Scheme Tries To Avoid Prison

Law360, New York (October 13, 2011, 7:24 PM EDT) -- A Minneapolis man awaiting sentencing for his role in a $190 million Ponzi scheme should not receive prison time because he needs to continue treatment for a number of psychological maladies, his attorney told the court Thursday.

Baker Williams LLP attorney John Baker argued in a brief that Jon Jason Greco suffers from both a chronic adjustment disorder and a "personality disorder with histrionic and narcissistic features" and would not be able to continue his psychological therapy if he were incarcerated.
