Dispute Over Claim In Global Power Starts To Boil

Law360, New York (June 25, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The official committee of unsecured creditors for bankrupt Global Power Equipment Group has objected to an attempt by the equity committee to speed discovery of a dispute with certain noteholders, saying that the request is merely a strategic move to increase the equity committee's leverage in plan negotiations.
