EPA Needs To Shape Up Budget Management, GAO Says

Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 6:57 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Government and Accountability Office reported Wednesday that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency needed to improve how it manages its budget and workforce, as Republicans in the House of Representatives continue to scrutinize how federal agencies spend money.
