NY Law School Says Job Reports Followed ABA Rules

Law360, New York (October 14, 2011, 5:19 PM EDT) -- New York Law School on Thursday tried to fend off a putative class action brought by former pupils over its allegedly deceptive employment and salary statistics, claiming the only "wrong" the school committed was to follow the American Bar Association's reporting guidelines.
