Ex-IBM Exec Urges 2nd Circ. To Let Him Stay At HP

Law360, New York (October 19, 2011, 5:36 PM EDT) -- A former head of IBM Corp.'s information technology unit who left for rival Hewlett-Packard Co. pressed the Second Circuit on Wednesday to affirm a ruling that allowed him to keep working for HP despite a noncompete agreement he had signed while at IBM.
