Energy Bill Moves On To House Committee

Law360 (June 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The House of Representatives Committee on Energy and Commerce on Thursday will take on the energy bill in a markup session in which supporters may cede some of the most controversial provisions in order to pass the legislation.
