DOI To Inspect Repsol Drilling Rig Bound For Cuba

Law360, New York (October 18, 2011, 1:30 PM EDT) -- Amid concerns of environmental accidents and trade violations, federal drilling regulators plan to inspect a rig that Spanish energy company Repsol YPF SA will use to drill for oil off the coast of Cuba next year, a top U.S. Department of the Interior official said Tuesday.
