10th Circ. Rules For Dish In Patent Suit Coverage Row

Law360, New York (October 17, 2011, 5:07 PM EDT) -- The Tenth Circuit on Monday said Dish Network Corp.'s insurers may be obligated to defend the company against patent infringement claims brought by an inventor over an automated telephone system, overturning a lower court's ruling.
