Battle Rages On In Seroquel Case

Law360, New York (June 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Drug maker AstraZeneca has asked a federal judge to dismiss the claims of 14 plaintiffs in the multidistrict product liability case filed over blockbuster anti-psychotic Seroquel, claiming the plaintiffs did not comply with a court order to provide the company with facts.

In a motion filed on Monday, AstraZeneca asked the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida to dismiss the claims on the grounds that the plaintiffs failed to serve the company with their plaintiff fact sheets.
