Law360, Washington (October 18, 2011, 7:59 PM EDT) -- Chevron Mining Inc. asked the D.C. Circuit on Tuesday to overturn a National Labor Relations Board finding that the company violated labor laws when it made changes to a benefit plan contract involving memorial days off for its unionized workers.
