DRAM Defendants Slam Class Certification Delay

Law360, New York (June 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Dynamic random access memory manufacturers on Friday blasted the indirect purchasers in the case over collusion in the memory chip market, insisting that the plaintiffs had no reason to delay filing for class certification.

The class certification filing is currently scheduled for July 2, 2007, with an amended complaint due by June 29.
