DOE Ordered To Redo Uranium Mining Review

Law360, New York (October 19, 2011, 4:14 PM EDT) -- A Colorado federal judge on Tuesday found that the U.S. Department of Energy had violated federal environmental and endangered species laws with its subpar environmental review of uranium mining in the state, and ordered the agency to perform another review.
