U.K., Spain Urge EC To Bust Up Energy Giants

Law360, New York (June 26, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Eight European countries have expressed their support for the European Commission's plan to break up large energy companies, sending a letter to regulators urging them to continue opening energy markets, according to reports.
