Bullock Put In Charge Of ITC Section 337 Cases

Law360, New York (October 20, 2011, 6:12 PM EDT) -- Judge Charles E. Bullock has been named the chief administrative law judge at the U.S. International Trade Commission, Chairman Deanna Tanner Okun announced Thursday.

In his new role, Judge Bullock will provide administrative guidance to ensure a “thorough, yet expeditious” processing of of the commission’s Section 337 investigations, which usually cover claims regarding intellectual property rights, including allegations of patent infringement and trademark infringement by imported goods, according to a statement from the ITC.
