TD Bank Gets RICO Claims Dumped In Rothstein Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (October 20, 2011, 10:36 PM EDT) -- A Florida federal judge on Wednesday tossed racketeering claims against TD Bank NA, just days before the trial was set to begin in a $27 million suit alleging the bank helped jailed lawyer Scott Rothstein carry out a $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme through his now-bankrupt firm.
