Judge Snuffs Out Patent Suit Against R.J. Reynolds

Law360 (June 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Star Scientific Inc. said it was “outraged” after the court overseeing its long-running patent suit against R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. ruled that Star's patents were unenforceable due to inequitable conduct, ending the case at the district court level.
