Ex-Alaska House Speaker Gets Time Served In Bribe Plea

Law360, New York (October 21, 2011, 4:04 PM EDT) -- A federal judge on Friday sentenced former Alaska House Speaker Pete Kott to time served in prison, three years of supervised release and a $10,000 fine just days after he pled guilty to accepting $400,000 in bribes from an oil company.
