DOE Slapped With Another Suit Over $6B Nuclear Facility

Law360, New York (October 21, 2011, 10:47 PM EDT) -- Nuclear and environmental watchdog group The Los Alamos Study Group hit the U.S. Department of Energy and others with a second suit Friday, seeking to block construction on a $6 billion chemical laboratory and nuclear research facility.
