Spanish Chemical Co. Beats €10M Bleach Cartel Fine

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 4:24 PM EDT) -- A European Union court on Tuesday tossed a €9.9 million ($13.8 million) bleach cartel fine on Spanish materials group Uralita SA and its chemicals unit, ruling the European Commission lacked adequate evidence for most of its claims against the company.
