Miners Union Calls Massey Blast 'Industrial Homicide'

Law360, New York (October 25, 2011, 6:39 PM EDT) -- A nationwide miners union has accused Massey Energy Co. of “industrial homicide” for ignoring hazards that caused an April 2010 coal mine explosion, according to a report released Tuesday that also implies Massey executives may have planted evidence.
