Raytheon Sued Over Retirement Benefits

Law360, New York (June 27, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Raytheon Co. was accused of cheating employees out of their retirement benefits in a purported class action lawsuit filed Monday by a former employee who spent nearly 30 years as an engineer for the company.

The employee, Thomas Koziol, filed the complaint on behalf of himself and others similarly situated alleging that Raytheon had unfairly deducted money from his retirement plan because of a small lump sum payment he received when his employment was briefly terminated.
