Convicted Le-Nature's CEO Ordered To Repay $661M

Law360, New York (October 26, 2011, 2:47 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday reportedly ordered the former CEO of bankrupt beverage maker Le-Nature's Inc. to repay $661 million in addition to serving 20 years in prison following his conviction for his role in a $668 million accounting fraud.
