Mich., Others Implore High Court To Help Battle Carp

Law360, New York (October 26, 2011, 4:27 PM EDT) -- Michigan and four other states asked the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday to force the federal government to undertake measures to stop the migration of Asian carp into the Great Lakes, the fourth time Michigan has turned to the high court on the issue in two years.
