Coal Cos. Still Violating CWA Despite Deal: Enviros

Law360, Chicago (October 26, 2011, 4:28 PM EDT) -- Environmental groups sued two coal companies in Kentucky on Tuesday for allegedly continuing to violate the Clean Water Act despite a recent $660,000 settlement deal with state regulators that the green groups claim is too lax.
