Citrix Acquires UK Software Co. For $92M

Law360, New York (October 26, 2011, 4:02 PM EDT) -- Computer networking giant Citrix Systems Inc. agreed Wednesday to purchase a U.K. application migration software company from the private equity arm of Matrix Group for $92 million, bolstering its virtual desktop strategy for larger networks.

Citrix's acquisition of App-DNA Group Ltd. from Matrix Private Equity Partners LLP is expected to close by the end of 2011. Additional financial details about the transaction were not immediately available.
