Goodwin, Fulbright Latest To Cut Support Staff

Law360, New York (October 27, 2011, 5:33 PM EDT) -- Goodwin Procter LLP and Fulbright & Jaworski LLP are the latest big law firms to tighten their employment belts, cutting a combined 31 administrative support jobs, according to Goodwin and a published report Thursday.

Goodwin confirmed to Law360 that it was shedding 18 jobs by outsourcing its records management and account payable functions to outside vendor William Lea. Fulbright will pink-slip 13 members of its support staff, according to the legal industry blog Above The Law.
