US Law Firms Leery Of Quotas To Boost Female Ranks

Law360, New York (November 29, 2011, 2:43 PM EST) -- A U.K. law firm took an unusual step last month when it announced plans to adopt a numerical target to bolster the ranks of its female leadership, but attorneys this side of the Atlantic say U.S. firms may hesitate to follow suit for fear of running into legal gray areas.
