Skilling Dooms Fraud Charges Against Ariz. Pol: Judge

Law360, New York (October 28, 2011, 12:40 PM EDT) -- A magistrate judge recommended Thursday that a federal court dismiss honest-services fraud charges against a former Arizona congressman accused of rigging a land deal, saying the allegations fell short in light of the U.S. Supreme Court's Skilling decision.
