EPA Transport Emissions Rule Strict Enough: DC Circ.

Law360, New York (October 28, 2011, 6:58 PM EDT) -- The D.C. Circuit on Friday upheld a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency rule on new transportation projects under the Clean Air Act, finding that the EPA had sufficiently tightened the rule after a previous challenge by environmental groups.

The court dismissed a second challenge by the groups, who claimed the rule was still not strict enough.
