Citing Concepcion, High Court Remands Worker’s Wage Suit

Law360, New York (October 31, 2011, 8:00 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday cited AT&T Mobility LLC v. Concepcion in vacating a California court's ruling that a worker with wage claims against his employer had a right to a hearing before state labor authorities despite signing an arbitration agreement.
