Congress Pushes White House Over Russia's WTO Bid

Law360, New York (October 31, 2011, 5:42 PM EDT) -- A bipartisan group of congressional leaders on Saturday urged the Obama administration to insist that Russia create a level playing field for U.S. businesses and workers in negotiations over the country's bid to finally join the World Trade Organization.
