Top Judges In Iraq Oppose New Oil And Gas Law

Law360 (June 28, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Despite promising developments, negotiations over Iraq's draft of an oil and gas law may stall yet again now that Iraq's highest jurisdictional body has reportedly rejected some clauses in a revision of that law.
