BSEE Names Former API Exec As Offshore Program Chief

Law360, New York (November 2, 2011, 2:35 PM EDT) -- The Bureau of Safety and Environmental Enforcement has appointed Doug Morris — the ex-director of a U.S. Energy Information Administration division and former executive at trade group American Petroleum Institute — as its chief of offshore regulatory programs, the agency said Tuesday.
