Del Monte Dodges EEOC Worker Trafficking Suit For Now

Law360, New York (November 3, 2011, 4:44 PM EDT) -- A Hawaii federal judge on Wednesday tossed the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's claims against Del Monte Fresh Produce and others that contracted with farm labor provider Global Horizons Inc.— which stands accused of criminally mistreating foreign workers — but gave the agency a chance to amend its suit.
