UK Clears Consumer Protection Code For Renewable Energy

Law360, New York (November 3, 2011, 4:16 PM EDT) -- The U.K.'s Office of Fair Trading has approved a code of practice for the renewable energy sector aimed at safeguarding and promoting consumers' interests in the purchase of small-scale energy generating systems, the watchdog announced Thursday.
