NY Attys Backing Outside Firm Investment Get 2nd Chance

Law360, New York (November 3, 2011, 2:27 PM EDT) -- A law firm pushing to overturn New York's bar on nonlawyer investment in law firms was given a chance to rework its case Thursday after a federal judge said he saw major problems in the high-profile challenge.
