Law360, New York (November 8, 2011, 8:08 PM EST) -- The Fifth Circuit on Monday upheld a Louisiana federal court's dismissal of a breach of contract suit between two insurance companies, finding that the plaintiff insurer failed to show that parts of the contract were the result of fraud by the defendant insurer's general counsel.
