EU Court Rejects Duties On Chinese Ironing Boards

Law360, New York (November 8, 2011, 6:12 PM EST) -- A European Union court on Tuesday tossed anti-dumping duties on imported ironing boards made by a Chinese manufacturer, ruling the bloc's trade regulators did not give the company the full time it was due to respond to certain findings during the probe.
