AGs Press FTC For Action Against Software Piracy, IT Theft

Law360, New York (November 8, 2011, 9:13 PM EST) -- Attorneys general from 39 U.S. states and territories urged federal trade regulators Friday to crack down on foreign and other manufacturers that use pirated software and other stolen information technology, saying the practice competitively injures U.S. companies and costs Americans jobs.
