Xcel Unit Can't Quash Suit Over Wind Farm Contract

Law360, Washington (November 8, 2011, 5:46 PM EST) -- A Minnesota federal judge on Tuesday struck down an Xcel Energy Inc. subsidiary's bid to toss enXco Development Corp.'s suit over the unit's failure to fulfill a contract to buy a $400 million wind farm, which had problems handling the safety of endangered birds.
