Brooks Kushman Settles Ex-Atty's Sexual Harassment Suit

Law360, New York (November 8, 2011, 7:19 PM EST) -- Brooks Kushman PC on Tuesday settled a Michigan suit by a former associate who claimed that firm President Mark A. Cantor sexually harassed her, and that the firm fired her after she refused his advances.

U.S. District Judge Paul D. Borman signed off on the stipulated dismissal of plaintiff Ann Marie Stinnett's claims against the firm with prejudice.

The terms of the agreement were not disclosed, but Stinnett confirmed that the two sides had reached a settlement.
