Law360, New York (July 2, 2007, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A group of unnamed U.S. Department of Defense employees who sued three government agencies for requiring U.S. armed forces members and civilian defense workers to receive anthrax vaccinations has lost a bid to proceed in the case anonymously, with a judge ruling that fairness dictates that their identities be revealed.
